About us

We purchased Ovens Farm in 2014 with a dream of establishing a vineyard in the Lincolnshire Wolds. In 2015 we planted our first vines with the help of family and friends.

We chose to plant both red and white cool climate varieties and produce both still and sparkling wines. We also produce a Sloe Gin and are currently developing a Gin which we are infusing with our vine flowers.

In 2017 our on-site winery was commissioned, and we made our first wines from the 2017 harvest. These wines  were received  well locally and have even won a few awards! 

​

2018 saw an increase in production levels as the vines matured. This vintage continued to received medal awards in competitions and great feedback from new and returning customers.

​

2019  & 2020 harvests have produced our best wines yet  - however the fewer sunny days and more rain has meant volumes are down.

 

We are looking forward to 2021 as our vines continue to establish themselves in our Lincolnshire terroir.
